Located on an altitude of 2,860m, Lao Than peak is considered as the roof of Y Ty area with a fairy scene where the clouds, sun and wind together in a spectacular way. Lao Than is the most common name that locals refer to the highest mountain of this region. In addition, the H’Mong people call it Hau Pong San.
On the way to the top of the mountain, you will see friendly Ha Nhi ethnic people with their traditional blue scarf picking up medicinal leaves in the forest.

Sapa - Y Ty - campsite
At 08.00 - Pick up and transfer to the starting point at Y Ty vegetable farm, about 80km far from Sapa. On the way you will enjoy the majestic mountain scenery and winding passes creating beautiful looks for this route.
You will meet our porters at the starting point, they are the local H'mong people, then start trekking.
Reaching the campsite at the same time as the sunset. Porters will prepare meal, you can join in support, to prepare dinner for yourself. Or you are free to roam around the campsite, watching the sun set down into the clouds, one impressive experience you will not forget.
After dinner, sitting around the burning fire, it's time for chatting with other members and enjoy the thousand-star night sky.

Welcome the sun on the ocean of clouds - Back to Sapa
At 08.00, collect personal belongings and move back down the starting point.
A light lunch will be served before the car transfers you back to Sapa.
You will arrive Sapa at about 16.00, take back your luggage at our office, then the car takes you to the spot where you have bath with the medicinal leaves of Dao people, soak in the hot tub to dispel all the fatigue after the journey.
At 19.00, have dinner at a restaurant in Sapa, enjoy salmon hotpot with lots of fresh vegetables, and cheering with a glass of wine to congratulate each other to conquer the peak. You have free time until 23.00 to get on the overnight shuttle bus to return to Hanoi, the bus will arrive My Dinh Bus Station at about 04:30 the next morning. End of tour.
